Hot licks mis wire
2003 350z DE, I did something similar, mechanic wired hot licks flame kit wrong. Tied 12v to 5v ign coil pack wire on “accident”.
Things wrong:
No communication to obd
No CEL (Check engine light)
Crank no Start
Fans turn on immediately
Nats light solid
Done already:
Ipdm swap (ign relay was burnt, cooling fans relay corrosion)
Ign coil pack we tied to had a small blister so i swapped it out.
Cam and crankshaft sensors swapped
Checked obd and ecu harness with multimeter, everything checks out there.
Duct tape removed and correctly spliced with heat shrink.
I’m not sure what the problem is now. Anyone know how to fix this? I just want the Z running again. Mechanic who did this doesn’t know how to fix it now.
