New to this page…Hello all!

So. I’m looking to make some modifications to my guitar that currently has a piezo pickup in the saddle (of which I’m deleting) and want to know how I go about making measurements and taking the appropriate steps to finding a replacement that’ll fit, and how to install it.
Hoping to fit on a Gretsch style bridge
