Hey everyone,

I bought a S3XY Knob a little over a year ago, and after recently seeing a few Reddit threads about the selector wheel coming off, I decided to check mine.

Turns out I have the exact same issue—the selector wheel is not just loose, it’s actually detached and can be lifted off completely.

I hadn’t noticed it before because I don’t usually pull on it, but now that I’ve checked, it’s clearly not properly fixed in place anymore.

I’m curious:

• Has anyone else experienced this?
• Did you contact support, and if so, how did they handle it?
• Is this something covered under warranty after a year?

For context, I’ve been really happy with their products overall (I was also among the first 1000 buyers of the S3XY Dash), so I’m hoping this is something they’re aware of and can resolve.
