They sent me an X4, I ordered an X3. They offered to refund only 45% of my purchase price if I kept the inferior product that they sent. I'm waiting to just get a chargeback from my card.

Do not buy from this company. If another Chinese startup is in the process of making small e-ink readers, I'll be interested.

What the hell do I do?

No one should be buying this. Too many screwups from this company on here...
