Rattle on startup. What is this?
My 2020 Ram 1500 V8 makes this intermittent rattle on start up. Lasts for 1-2 seconds. Also, I hear this similar sound when accelerating. Very faint and annoying. Not in park and revving. Engine sounds fine, no ticking. I took it to the dealership and they think it’s a leak from the HVAC system into the firewall. They quoted 1400 and wanted to pull apart the whole dash? Anybody know what this is?
