Can't decide whether to focus entirely on 457(b) or do a split between Roth IRA

The APY of the fund that my 457(b) GOVERNMENTAL is invested in is doing really well. Currently, I can afford to contribute $1500 a month pretax to my 457(b).

That or I can max my Roth IRA and contribute $800 a month to my 457B.

What I max out my salary cap, I can afford to contribute $2000 to my 457B and then put in $400 to my roth Ira, but that's 4 years later.

Should I focus on my 457(b) and just forgo a Roth IRA?

My money is in a Chase CD, and the maturity date is in one month.

I currently have my entire liquidable savings in a Chase CD. Before, I was hesitant to open a HYSA because I wanted to stay in Chase's ecosystem, but then I realize that CDs are not very liquidable like HYSAs, so I opened an account with Ally.

I went through the verification process and was able to add Ally as an external account.

I got a call from a Chase banker reminding me that the maturity date is happening soon and that they want me to review some service and remind me that I am eligible for a "premier" checking account. Now here's the thing:

I feel like the system tipped them off that I am planning to transfer my savings to a HYSA. Now they are trying to sell services to me and try to keep my savings with them.

They told me I have to schedule an appointment with a banker to get the money out of the CD after its maturity date.

Now I am a bit paranoid.

Should I tell the banker upfront during our appointment that I just want to transfer my entire savings to a HYSA. I don't want them to retaliate or try to sabotage the transfer. How can I navigate this situation? Should I be upfront and honest and just tell them to put my money back into the savings account, so I can have Ally pull the funds?

I feel like I have to go hard in the gym to rep Asian males since we have been so emasculated in Western media. I have been pushing myself hard at the gym and build up a bulky frame. I have received compliment on my arms, so that has inflated my ego.

I currently can do 80 lb. dumbbell chest press for 6 reps.

I am trying to bench 225lbs. I can do 195lb x 5

I have been using Tuesday and Saturdays for Dumbbell chest press and Thursday for Bench Press. Is that optimal? I heard Dumbbell chest press can carry over to Barbell Bench Press.

Monday (Legs) Leg Extension and Barbell RDLs

Tuesday (Push) Dumbbell Chest Press Incline Bench Press Chest Press machine Dumbell Shoulder Press Lateral cable raises Dumbbell Lateral raises Overhead Tricep Rope extension and Tricep rope pushdown

Wednesday (Pull) Pull ups Wide grip lat pull downs Iso lateral rows Incline dumbell curls Preacher curls and machine curls Dumbbell shrugs Barbell Shrugs and rear cable flys.

rinse and repeat

I have been gym hopping between 24-hour fitness and different Fitness SF locations, and from what I have seen, it seems like the most stunning men in SF congregate there for some reason lol.

The other fitness SF location I have been to is Castro, but it seems like that location serves an older crowd.

Anyone here been to Fitness SF - Transbay? I kind of want to talk to guys there, but it seems like many are too focused on their work out, or they would work out with their partners.
