[GB] I'm the owner of Multi Consulting Services Ltd. My UK business account has been under review for over a month (!!!). I immediately sent all the requested documentation, but I'm receiving no assistance and I can't receive or make payments. I also wrote to formalcomplaints@revolut.com 20 days ago, but they haven't bothered to respond yet. My funds come from only one source: a university. I'm forced to pay penalties because I can't make payments. Who will reimburse me for this? Is Revolut's behavior legal? To anyone thinking of opening a Revolut account, I say: think twice before you do so.
