Hello I’m a 24M and I struggle with both ED which I have been going to a doctor about and I’m also a quick shot and can only usually last one round I’m looking for advice on how I can last longer cause it absolutely destroys my confidence in the bedroom and makes me afraid to even attempt to speak with women at bars out of fear of disappointing them if I take them home
