Hello! I found a female red winged blackbird bird on the side of the road yesterday evening (presumed hit by a car?) She is unable to fly, but attempts to, and seems to be unable to lift her head. She survived through the night, and I have called 2 rehabilitators in my area. Is there anything I should do before they respond?

edit: Bird is breathing very hard and opening/closing beak

edit: Rehabilitation sanctuary responded, bird will be there in afternoon
