Vegetable soup + black eyed peas

Saturday wake n bake breakfast

I recognize I could have made a sandwich with it all, but I prefer bites of each!

Edit: People always seem to make dirty bong comments. You do realize that this is a sparkling clean gold/amber coloured bong, right?

Bean meal prep

Fully cooked from dried and frozen flat, so I have beans, lentils, barley always on hand. Stores so efficiently this way too. Convenient as canned for those busy work nights.

Oftentimes, standing at the stove is just too much to ask, so this is my baked version of a stir fry. No chopping required.

I tossed all of the following into a dish:

- leftover rice
- ripped up tofu
- frozen broccoli
- frozen peppers
- soy sauce
- sesame oil
- garlic powder
- oil

Bake for 30-45 minutes at 375 (depending how crispy you like it).

If I have the extra energy, I’ll mix the sauce in a separate bowl (soy sauce, garlic powder, sesame oil, white wine vinegar, ginger powder, brown sugar).
