Hi, I’ve recently started playing basketball in the last year with my brother and every now and then he does an odd move that I wanted to know if he’s allowed in an actual game to do. He’ll dribble the ball up the court and then toss it in the air and then do one of three things. Usually he will jump up and catch the ball and shoot or pass it midair but sometimes he will just let it fall back down and then continue dribbling. I don’t imagine it has much use but is it a legal move?
