I'm (35) sick and tired of these damned periods 😭 it's been like this constantly everyday for about 2 months now. I've always been irregular since 14yo. GPs don't give a sh!t. I got diagnosed with PCOS this year with no follow-up. I'm on meds for an under active thyroid too. GP sent a referral to OBGYN but they said my BMI is too high to be seen by them and I've heard nothing after that. It's impossible to get an appointment at the GP.

I would love to have children at some point and I'm trying to lose weight to improve my chances but it's so damn hard trying to do this alone with no support.

Is anyone else going through this too? I need some guidance because I'm so lost and my mind is constantly foggy.
