Missing rewards/CB
Hi, I am fairly new to Capital One shopping. I received an email from cap 1 shopping saying that there was a 20% cash back on lululemon up until May 15. I opened the email a few times, every time showing CB was activated @ the 20%. I proceeded to make my purchase. I looked at the Capital One shopping rewards portal a day later, and it says that my Lululemon purchase is" ineligible". I received no cash back at the 20% as advertised. I'm confused as to why. Has anyone encountered these issues before? TY
