Tuscany Transportation
Hey BBB! Logistics question, I am about 2 months out from my wedding and booking a shuttle from the venue. There are about 30 people that need to go to and from our 2nd hotel to the venue (15 min drive) for both the welcome night and the wedding day. My planner is says it is going to be $4.5k all together for both nights. Is this pricing correct? Obviously going to make sure transportation logistics are as simple as possible for my guests but this seems too high considering the length of the drive. I am concerned that the budget for this wedding is so high that my team has become less focused on getting reasonable prices. But maybe I am totally uneducated on this and it is maybe is totally in line with expected prices.
For context, the venue is 30ish min from Florence proper.
