I work in one of the companies who uses a software that tracks your activity on systems as we are WFH and when it finds you inactive even for one min, it will send the mail to TL for the inactivity. That was not sufficient for them. One of the colleagues gave and developed some more updates which will even send the chrome history...( He is not from IT background and done some course and gained the knowledge) Now the entire associate, has this kind of feeling that just wants to ask him, what have you done bro...
This kind of micromanaging literally pisses me off. Seems like there is too much of an invasion in privacy. I hope one day the whole idle tracking system gets banned from the government law.. 🥹
Yes, in 30 June 2026 I am finally visiting coimbatore ashram for Bhava Spandana Program. When I communicated this to my friend, he said h.w. kar liye and I said yes on it. And he was like OR LIKHO, OR LIKHO..and he laughed!!.
When I asked him to explain what did he mean, he simply said when you will go there you will realise...hush!
