I have been on tirzepatide for 2 almost 3 months and have been getting it thru orderly meds. I started off on 2.5mg an now went up to 5mg for this month and am supposed to go up to 7.5 next month. I have only lost about 5-6 lbs which is much less than the last time I was on it thru a different program. I am still noticing my appetite is not as suppressed as it was last time around. I thought I would be reacting better and losing more weight. Just a little discouraged.
