For like the past year my pc has been having this issue of both my monitors restarting out of nowhere? The computer itself stays on but the monitors completely restart. It looks as if i just turned on my pc but happens mid game and the computer stays on. So far it happened 90% while playing Valorant but im pretty sure it happened while just watching youtube or playing a different game.

When I tried to figure out what was wrong I was recommended to switch my psu which now I understand wasn’t really needed.

Please if someone can help i’d really appreciate it, its so annoying. I can check and update if more info is needed but im not very computery so simplified answers are appreciated.
