NBI Clearance Directly Mailed to Taft (no local representative): Is it really that bad?
Hello! People here always advise to have at least a relative to act on your behalf. I've already done my biometrics in the embassy. Can't I just directly mail my document to Taft, Manila? Why do I have to lengthen the process and ask a third-party to process it for me?
What exactly happens when you directly mail it to NBI headquarters? Do they neglect the documents? Isn't that punishable by law--not doing their jobs? Please enlighten me--doon po sa mga nagdirect mail. What happened and how long did you get your clearance back?
