i've started doing my own work recently, i'm not sure how related it is but i have felt incredibly drained and extremely anxious recently.
what spells or prayers can i do for my own protection? i'm a closet witch and don't do my own shopping so i can't do any work with ingredients/candles/crystals!

i'm a complete beginner to casting my own spells and also have to hide my work from my family and have very limited income so i often have to make do with what i have around the house (very very basic cooking ingredients and my wax melt burner over candles)
i want to cast a spell on two people that have deeply hurt me recently, i want them to feel guilt and perhaps have some bad luck and maybe even at best lose some their friends/support system since they were the only two good friends/support system i had but they threw me under the bus. anything really but i don't want to cause them any deep danger or harm.
where should i begin with this?
