2014 opel insignia 2.0CTDI ecoflex

noticed the car was very low on coolant so I added some and then the next morning it was all over the floor. I found it had a cracked coolant hose which I replaced and refilled the coolant.

The reservoir was completely empty yet no warning light on the dash and I’ve been driving for a few days. Also I’ve noticed the coolant temp seems to go to 95C but the radiator fans never seem to spin. And when I turn on the AC which doesn’t work the radiator fans don’t come on either.

I checked the fuses for the fans and they were fine. Wondering if it’s the coolant temp sensor? And coolant level sensor?
