hello applying for MTA at DSWD website and its asking for a previous travel clearance (if applied manually).
We have no previous travel clearance, as the child always travel abroad with us (parents), now its her first time travelling with her grandparents.
What do I upload on the file for a previous travel clearance?

Good day doctors! How did you start budgeting your salaries? Paano niyo po na budget yung first salary niyo? Alam ko madami videos dyan about budgeting but I would like to hear tips from moonlighters (especially) or residents. Ayoko na humingi sa magulang ko pag kinukulang ako, hindi naman din ako mahilig mag splurge, majority naman din napupunta sa gastusin ng anak ko for her therapy. Thank you!
