What kind of acne is this and how do I treat it?

They just started popping up out of nowhere recently. No irritation or anything. It flared up real bad after I used this face mask with retinol and vitamin c 😭 My routine includes using kojic acid soap once a week, and I rotate tumeric soap and salycilic acid soap and I use vitamin c serum, moisturize and sunscreen daily. Please help, any advice is appreciated!
