I recently acquired both of these chips and was wondering which one I should keep and use. I currently have a 12600k in my system with an Asrock z690 extreme motherboard. I do know I will have to update the BIOS if I plan on using the 14600. I mostly use my system for gaming and productivity, but might do some 3D work in the future. What would be the best idea? Sell the 12th gen CPU's and go 14th gen? Or sell the 12600k and 14600 and keep the 12900kf?
