About to start chemo - looking for Kaftan and turban pattern recs!
As a 40th birthday present, by body has gifted me cancer and I am about to start chemo in a couple weeks, looking quite likely I will loose my hair. So I might as well aspire to live by best 70s kaftaned diva fantasy whilst bald...
I'm looking for kaftan/loose dresses/flowy tops pattern recommendations and any turban/head wrap patterns. Go wild, I have a pretty OTT dress sense anyway.
I've done some standard googling and found some good stuff, but particularly interested if you have tried the pattern yourself or its an indie designer that might have come up in a standard google search.
I am at intermediate level sewing and would usually pattern draft these myself, but hoping to save some time before I get hit with the chemo. I am a size UK16-18/US 12-14 but with big boobs and belly so vintage dress patterns usually need to be sized up. Will be made out of light weight breathable cotton/viscose fabric.
