Just after some advice- I’m in the health industry and having trouble with my ex boss. We set up in a different suburb, had no restrictions aside from soliciting in our contract. Her and her family members have been posting 1 star reviews on our business page, leaving remarks and reviews on Facebook accusing us of falsifying our Google reviews (we have 50, 5 star reviews- all legit). We’ve obviously reported the reviews but some have no comments so Google won’t take them down. Is there anything we can do? I’m aware on the scale of things this seems pretty minor but it’s very annoying🙃
