Walmarts lost
For 3 months I’ve had to deal with the worse people imaginable when it comes to managerial. I’m talking about theft because manger knows someone, the crazy amount of prejudice that came from that store, the amount of favoritism. I busted my ass while the other cart pusher would sit on the cart manager, not to mention, we have 3 but only one ever worked because once again manager didn’t do shit. They’d like to tell you how to do your job while you been sweating in the heat for 6 hours straight. I requested 3 separate time to 3 separate managers I needed a change in position due to hardship. Never happened. My wife also works there. Was being stalked for months by an employee they would not fire. My wife had to go talk to a manger 3 different times because he didn’t know how to take no as an answer. I put my whole back into making sure these people were please with their buggies, doing it all by myself. And the kicker….. I GOT SICK BECAUSE THE FORCED ME TO WORK IN THE THUNDERSTORMS. I had to miss days because I was shitting and puking all over myself. I don’t understand how you want me to be a perfect worker, when I’m doing the best I can. No communication besides what they want from you. Absolutely pathetic employment service. Thanks now I can’t feed my kid
