I am 7 weeks now and can't eat anything. I am having just a toast, few crackers and a cold coffee in a day. Will baby be okay as I just can't eat. I have lost 1 kg and I feel like puking all day. Lying on bed always, this is so depressing . I thought to be active in pregnancy but looks like I can't even go downstairs. Any suggestions what to eat how to stop this heartburn and nausea.
