WIBTAH for not wanting to provide a ride?

My coworker (let’s call them Sarah) doesn’t have a car. Sarah lives on my route to work, so I pick her up and typically don’t mind. I also typically bring her home. I work closely with this coworker and would consider them a work friend.

One of our other coworkers (we’ll call her Lauren) has a wedding coming up that’s 3ish hours away (out of state). I was asking Sarah if she is going to Lauren’s wedding and she very casually mentioned she may need to hitch a ride with my partner and me because her boyfriend won’t be able to come/drive her. I don’t do good on the spot so I kind of casually said “oh okay, yeah” after she asked. My partner and I work opposite shifts and really value time together on the weekend. I just want to ride with him and not have to be responsible for another person. After the wedding I want time to enjoy the ride/stop for food/sightsee and I feel like having my coworker in the backseat would just kind of put a damper on all of this. The wedding is in two weeks so I need to figure out what to do. I want to remain civil with her after all this and I work with her closely every day so don’t want to make things awkward. Any thoughts or advice?
