For last few years I’ve had on and off red splotchy skin on my head and inner foreskin. It can be itchy and uncomfortable. I’ve tried yeast infection pills and cream. Doesn’t seem to help. I do not use soap only water to clean under my foreskin. I try to air dry after I shower. I haven’t been to the doctor. I was hoping there is a way to battle this at home. Any insight would be greatly appreciated.
