Switching to T-Mobile online vs in store

Hi everyone,

I just wanted to ask a silly question as for the ease of switching to T-Mobile through the T-Life vs in store? How has your experience been? I have a phone line and two tablets and possibly getting home internet as well, but just want this to be a “smooth transition” without much hassle.

Also I did read something of “switch and get an iPhone 17 Pro Max on us”. Is that something only from the store or can it be redeemed online?

Thanks in advance!

Edit: am also planning to get T-Satellite

Another shout out to US Mobile for their amazing support!

Good morning/afternoon/evening to everyone!

I just wanted to give a huge shout out to every support out there and give my Happy Mother’s Day to all and reps that work with you through everything until you are satisfied!

It only took me 1.5 hours to finally find the perfect plan, Unlimited Premium Light Speed. The plan is deprioritized, as well as the multi lines, but that is the beauty of having three networks for the cost of $64 monthly or $570 yearly. That is half from the one of the big carriers, with taxes and fees included.

I can only hope until all our wishes are granted, but all we can do is stay put.

Share your gratitude to support if you wish. Huge shout out to u/Hinazz_rizz, u/Simrambles, u/Shanosaurous, u/FixitMir, u/zanyzaeem, u/Adnanimator! If I didn’t mention you, don’t feel discouraged because I like you all equally even if I haven’t poked fun yet.

Thank you!
