What helps with the depressive episode im too tired to move
I just feel like crying or am crying and when im not I just rot I still go to work but I cant its just surviving through the day I want to sleep until its over I dont know what to do mothers day tomorrow and I cant bare to be around anyone atm even my girlfriend I dont want to anything anymore
