Ninja Pay-cut (Nerfed) Verified

Just looked at my latest pay stub (now that I finally have access).

Noted a discrepancy.

Basically, I am making 75¢ less per hour if hitting OT.

They are no longer basing it off your payscale if you have mileage differential and volume differential - as has been done in the past.

It's now off your base pay with an added discrepancy of not properly allocating for volume differential.

I would give specifics but that would give my ID away.

This is why I have spreadsheets.

I can track everything back to when I first got hired in. Literally everything.

If you have differentials, check your paystub. GameStop just stole from you with the transfer to UKG.

So We're Switching From Coupa

Coupa is dead for mileage on the 10th.
Let's see... we've had UKG PRO for so long and still can't see all the details we need (can't see paystubs, can't see pay/compensation, can't see candidate pool, etc.)

But we're switching from Coupa on the 10th; in the middle of inventory season. So how do we record our mileage that is owed to us?

And we still don't know exactly what we're switching to. I'm thinking about bowing out of inventories coming up if I don't have a way to track proper reimbursement.

Note also: Check your pay. There is reason to believe that you got cut (especially if you're a FT employee).

There's some real shady shit going on.

I'm gonna keep this brief.

Anyone else feeling more pressured lately? More responsibility with less support?

Also (to the high volume stores out there - 1.5M+ [I'm 2m for example] )... anyone else notice they stole your 50¢/hr volume differential? Check your paystub. The paystub SAYS they're paying you that volume differential but if you're an SL who lost a B store, please do the math. They took that 50¢ from you also.

They owe me 50¢/hr back to September of 2025. I just recently discovered that doing some digging.

I have argued in the past that GS pushes the line on labor violations but I'm starting to discover that they actually stepped over that line.

My post is intentionally vague so not to give my identity away. But if you're in the loop, you know what I'm saying.
