Iam using a VI prepaid no. that is registered under my relatives name (not parent). I want to get the no. registered under my name

Which is the easier way out?

1. Port to a different operator and then back again to VI

Or

2. Go through the ownership transfer process

And will i face any complication while porting the no. back to VI if I go with option 1
