Is vi 4g having problems/down recently?
Yesterday afternoon both of my parents phones (both vi superhero plan) were at either 1 bar, or emergency calls only, or no service. It was persistent for a few hours then it was normal ish. Signal strength was -120 dbm which is almost unusable.
Fast forward to this morning again same happened in father's phone for a while, ie, emergency calls only. Mother's phone is working well but smtimes signal is dropping out of nowhere
Im in kolkata, west bengal if that helps.
