Has anyone shifted through Sleep Paralysis
If you did
How did you do it?
If you did
How did you do it?
I’ve been noticing a lot of repeating patterns in my dreams lately. My cousins and family members appear in my dreams constantly, and I also tend to dream about familiar houses, weird layouts, and social situations that feel slightly “off.”
My dream recall has improved a lot recently too. I can remember multiple vivid dreams in one night and notice recurring themes between them.
Can recurring dream patterns actually help with becoming lucid? If so, how do you use them effectively as dream signs?
I’ve noticed a huge improvement in my dream recall lately and I’m honestly really proud of it.
I can now remember multiple dreams in one night, and not just tiny fragments either. I remember them vividly enough to write down detailed scenes, conversations, emotions, locations, and weird dream logic moments. Sometimes I can even sketch scenes from my dreams because the visuals stay in my mind so clearly after waking up.
I also noticed I’ve started becoming more aware inside dreams too, like questioning weird things or noticing when something feels off. I’m still working toward lucid dreaming, but my recall progress alone already feels really motivating.
For anyone struggling with dream recall: journaling consistently really does help. Paying attention to your dreams makes a massive difference over time.
When I was younger, I used to play this weird little “game” in my room for fun. I’d close my eyes, open them again, and pretend I had randomly “spawned” there. Then I’d look around and genuinely question things like:
“Wait, how did I get here?”
“When did I end up here?”
“Why does this suddenly feel unfamiliar?”
I’d intentionally try to feel that strange confusion/disconnection, almost like I became aware of myself inside the moment instead of just going along with it automatically.
Looking back, I think I was accidentally practicing the exact kind of awareness involved in DILD lucid dreaming not just noticing details, but questioning my experience itself and becoming self-aware in the moment.
What’s interesting is that I naturally had a couple lucid dreams as a kid before I even knew what lucid dreaming was.
Do you think practicing this kind of “awareness shift” in waking life could actually help trigger lucidity in dreams?
I’ve honestly always felt kind of excluded when it comes to why I’m shifting.
A lot of shifters seem to be shifting either to be with their SO, or to a better CR where their whole life is different. And yes, technically I’m shifting for a better CR too but mine isn’t about changing my entire life.
I only want to change one thing. Just one.
I want to shift to a reality where I was never forced to wear the hijab, and where I can shift within seconds.
That’s it. That’s my reason.
It’s not some huge fantasy or a whole different life. It’s literally one change that would finally give me peace. If that one thing changed, I genuinely feel like I’d be at peace forever.
So I’m curious where are you shifting to, and what’s your reason for shifting there?
Hi Im new to law of assumption
Question?Should I write down my affirmations on my notebook ?
If Yes, why? Does it actually help?
