Amazon Product Listing Issue

Amazon Product Listing issue

Let's talk about Amazon silently editing our listings — how big of a problem is this actually?

I've seen a few posts here and there about Amazon auto-editing titles or suppressing listings but never a proper discussion about how widespread this is.

For context my situation: selling for 3 years, \~35 ASINs, US and UK. In the last 6 months I've had:

- Title changed on 2 listings (found out by accident)

- 1 listing suppressed for an image issue I didn't know about for almost a week

- Bullet points stripped on one ASIN, apparently for a restricted claim I didn't realise was restricted

Each time I found out late. Each time there was a noticeable sales dip in the window I didn't know.

What I want to know is — is this a regular thing for most sellers? How are you catching it? And has anyone actually calculated how much revenue they've lost because of changes they didn't notice in time?

Feel like we don't talk about this enough compared to PPC and sourcing stuff.
