Hello everyone!
For reference: I am a 25 year old man with no family history of melanoma.
On January 23rd, I noticed a small dark spot on my belly (about 5 cm to the left of my belly button) while taking a shower. My first instinct was to wash it off (it looked like dirt to me) but as it turns out it was a mole.
I don't have that many shirtless pictures of myself but the mole seems to not have been there last September, while the first pictures where it is clearly visible are from late December. Also, the fact that my brain went straight to trying to wash it off makes me think that it really hadn't been there for a few months.
I've actually taken some pictures of this mole since then, two of which are attached to this post. The third picture is of the moles on my left arm, which have been there for most of my life and look normal to me.
I would really appreciate it if anyone with more experience than me could share their insight about what can be seen in the pictures.
