Playlists
Hi,
I’ve just made the switch from Spotify to YouTube music. The main reason why is I listen to a lot of music, and I hit the 10k song download limit on Spotify, and after researching I settled on YouTube music since (from what I read) there’s no limit to the number of songs you can download.
But I’m having a few issues and the main things I’m finding really annoying is regarding playlists.
If I want to add a song to multiple playlists I have to do it one by one, instead of being able to select multiple playlists at once.
I can’t search for a playlist in my library, I have to scroll through and find it every time whether it’s when I’m adding a song to playlists or looking for one of my playlists to listen to.
There’s no easy way to deselect which playlist(s) a song is in, I have to scroll through the playlist to find it and manually delete it from the playlist if I want to remove it.
For my liked music (well for all playlists, but I get most annoyed in my liked music) there’s no way to reorder it (like from a-z, or from first added to most recently added songs).
I listen to a lotttt of music & a lot of different genres, so I have a lot of songs saved and I have a lot of different playlists.
For the issues I’m having- is there something I missed and I’m actually able to do it? If not, have they talked about planning to add any of these features soon?
