Okay real talk… I’ve been using the Galaxy S26 for a bit now and I actually get why people are hyping it up.
I don’t usually notice phone upgrades that much once I start using them, but this one has been different in small ways that add up. The camera is probably the biggest thing for me. The zoom is actually kind of crazy — like I’ll take a random shot just testing it and end up keeping it because it looks way better than I expected. I’ve caught a few moments with my kid that I would’ve completely missed or not even been able to capture properly on my old phone.
Yes im a Samsung partner, so i have first on experience trying an comparingz this with other products.
What I also didn’t expect is how much I’m just using the camera more in general. Like I’m not overthinking it or trying to get the “perfect shot” every time — it just works, so I end up using it more casually throughout the day.
Performance-wise, it’s smooth so far. Nothing dramatic to report (which is honestly a good thing). It just doesn’t feel like I’m fighting with the phone or waiting on things to load.
I’m still exploring everything though, so this is very much early impressions and not some final verdict. But so far it’s been one of those devices where the more I use it, the more I notice small things I like.
Anyway yeah… still testing, but I’m genuinely enjoying it more than I expected
