TLDR: Wrong product from Amazon started a blame war between Nakpro and Amazon. After a week, I'm still stuck with no resolution. Pls help with ideas.

I am loyal user of Napro whey. Last week, I ordered Nakpro gold whey protein on Amazon but received Calcium Caseinate instead. I thought this would be a regular case of return/replacement, but turned out to be a nightmare.

  1. Amazon said that the product does not have returns/replacement. Hence they asked me to connect with Nakpro to rectify this.

  2. I contacted Nakpro. They said Amazon handles the logistics and hence they will process the returns and refunds. This started a game of blaming each other between Nakpro and Amazon.

  3. I went behind Amazon again. They said they are initiating an investigation to figure out what went wrong. I have very little hope there, and result is to be decided by 2nd May. Parallely, I was talking to Nakpro, not letting them close their ticket after passing the blame to Amazon. They said they will clear the replacement from their end, but I will still need to contact Amazon to initiate the Refund. Amazon doesn't even have a customer service mail ID - I need to stay on call 10+ mins every time to get an update.

  4. Amazon currently says that the investigation report is to be out on 2nd May. Fingers crossed for that.

Guys, please help me with any tricks or ideas on how I can get a refund/replacement.
