NSV of my face before/after

So happy that 23 lbs is gone! It’s not a dramatic amount, not even 10% of my starting weight yet. But I feel so much better with the eating and lifestyle changes and I think my face does show it, even if it still has a lot of weight in it.

Moving to a 5mg Mounjaro shot tonight from 2.5 previously and feeling nervous- so many people report big side effects. But I am committed to a new and happier life no matter what it takes.

So it’s not dramatically thinner after 23 pounds, and it’s only the beginning of a very long journey. But I feel like the change in eating and lifestyle changes have made a difference in my face even though I haven’t lost 10% yet. And I just feel… better!

Starting my first 5mg shot tonight after a month of 2.5. Nervous about side effects but I’m so committed to getting back to a healthy life that I know I need to do it.

Here is to settling in to a new life that helps me be my best self!

I’m so proud of myself! I’ve been very very protein focused and careful about calories in a way I couldn’t be without MJ. The food noise is there- really came back after shot 3 so I’m hopeful that by moving from 2.5 to 5 that will ease it.

But my body is responding in a big way so far! Using the momentum to change how I think about food and my relationship to it to live a better life where I can be my best self. Trying to rid myself of this food obsession albatross that’s been around my neck for so long.

Just want to be a healthy and happy me.

Moving next month to a carpeted apartment and I have no idea where to put the litter box- the bathroom isn’t enough space. I can’t put it in the kitchen because that is so gross to me. I do have a weird extra sink in the primary bedroom that has tile, but that feels so visible and I feel like if it were there the room would always feel dirty. The thing is he kicks out quite a bit of litter.

I’m wondering about putting it in a corner of the primary bedroom or the office, and adding some kind of pad to catch as much litter as possible.

Not sure what to do!

I’m moving next month and I have to figure out my layout so I know what furniture goes where and what to sell.

Here is what I have:

Bedroom: Bed, 2 dressers, lazy boy recliner, bookshelf, cat litter box, nightstand

Office (right now also my bedroom but hooray for the extra space!): desk, chair

Living Room: L-shaped bookshelves, corner tv stand, 2 chairs, small 3-seater couch, coffee table, end table, cat tree

Dining room: dining table, corner display hutch, 2 buffet cabinets (I have to move one somewhere out of the dining room… no idea where!)

I’ve included the layout of the apartment. I’m happy to move pieces from one room to another. Can you help me figure it out what should go where? I am totally overwhelmed! I included some pictures of my stuff for context.

Any advice you have would be totally appreciated!
