I think my dad had a porn addiction
My (27f) dad (61m) is constantly watching porn.
For some back story. I moved back into my parents house just over a year ago. My mum works a lot and my dad decided he was done working a couple of years ago due to minor health and mental health issues. (I believe he is still capable of working).
He sits around the house all day, watching TV, smoking weed and barely doing any housework. He is miserable, rude and selfish.
Recently I walked out into my garden and saw porn hub open on his phone. Of course I was disturbed but tried to brush it off as most men watch porn.
Since then, I have seen him sitting in the garden watching porn a couple of times a day, every day.
He doesn’t lock himself away to “do anything” after. It is just casual watching, like a normal person would watch YouTube.
It really bothers me. My mum works a lot, and up until recently I have been working two jobs to try and save enough to move out.
I pay them rent, but it upset me that it seems I am just paying for him to smoke weed and watch porn all day.
What can I do? I really want to say something but my relationship with my parents isn’t great and this isn’t a good place for me to live mentally.
