Lost a key for my 2021 Mach-E.

• Called dealer, and they tell me it's $
  • Ok, kind of expensive for a key, but whatever.. I need a new key
  • At this point, I'm annoyed but fine.. they charge the service to install it.. wish they told me about it beforehand, but I still need a key.

So sure, I will end up paying 66% more - $580 plus tax to get another key because I still need it.. but what's with the additional diagnostics fee to basically figure out why their software isn't working?

And I'm going to blow a gasket if they ask me to tip on this...

Just to be clear, I am ranting more about how the price was first quoted to be $250 and then it was increased twice, where the 2nd increase seems to be more because I have to pay for them seemingly not knowing what they are doing and I having to pay for their time to figure it out.
