If you have the same size wrist what looks the best in your opinion? Is the 38mm to small?

I have a 7 inch wrist and currently debating between the prx 40mm, the gentleman 40mm or prx titanium 38mm, the gentleman 38mm.
At the moment I have a prx quartz at 40mm and I love the way it looks.
