I know it’s “just” the OLED and not the newest one or anything, but as a student who saved up for this little by little, this is such a big purchase for me already 😭 I wanted something fun to enjoy after stressful school days and I’m really proud that I managed to buy it with my own savings.

Been wanting a Switch for so long so this feels super rewarding hahaha. Just wanted to share this small win kasi wala lang, proud lang ako sa sarili ko 😅

Hi! I’m thinking of buying non-original Joy-Cons for my Nintendo Switch, mainly for multiplayer games lang naman with friends.

I know they’re not official, so I’m not expecting the same quality—but do they still work perfectly fine? Like no major issues with connection, delay, or gameplay?

If you’ve tried using third-party Joy-Cons, kamusta experience niyo? Worth it ba or should I just stick with the original ones?

Thanks!

Hi everyone! I need help deciding which Nintendo Switch to buy 😭

I’m a student, so this is kind of a big, one-time purchase for me. I’ve been going back and forth between the Switch Lite and the regular/OLED version.

On one hand, I really like the Switch Lite. It’s more affordable, super compact, and I love that it’s just for personal use. I can bring it anywhere, and honestly… the colors are sooo cute (pink is my favorite 😭💗). It just feels more “me.”

But at the same time, I also want the regular/OLED version. I like that you can connect it to a TV and play with friends or my boyfriend. It feels more versatile and maybe more “worth it” long-term?

My main concern is budget. If I go for the Lite, that’s probably it—I won’t be able to upgrade anytime soon. But if I go for the regular/OLED, it’s more expensive, so I’m not sure if it’s practical for me right now.

So yeah… cute and portable vs versatile but pricey 😭

For those who’ve tried both, what would you recommend? Is the regular/OLED worth the extra cost, or is the Lite enough?

Thank you!!
