Successfully mitigated a panic moment

The three things that helped me most tonight:

Immediate calm in the thick of it: https://open.spotify.com/episode/47aZucYf3mtsDKtjGD75nv?si=lR8106rcT4iAOn9YdvPybA

https://open.spotify.com/episode/4c9l2PrjiYHxU8y7VJUZGP?si=iYRH4R0fQJS1lWY-\_Ml9RQ was good for breathing

https://youtu.be/acLUWBuAvms?si=u07VXLVK5jqoPBmh - I listen to other hypnosis meditations from him. This one is the one that helped me push through the fear of actually sleep tonight.

I ate take out food from a restaurant we go to a lot. Something tasted off, but not so off that I thought it was spoiled. Kept eating. Same dish, my husband was trying to finish the test, and he pulled a very long piece of hair from his mouth. He didn't panic, but we both were pretty full and just stopped eating.

Within the hour, I went to the bathroom three times and was nauseous. Body wash rattling, both hot and cold at the same time. All of my "it's bad" phobia panic symptoms.

Insert three all three meditations from the top...

I just moved from the couch to bed, stomach still feels tight, but I'm going to be alright. We all will 💙

We just got a new washer and dryer delivered this afternoon. Soon after they removed all the plastic, we realized how badly both units smelled (like a new appliance/plastic). I am extremely sensitive to smell and it's giving me a bad headache/making me nauseous. We have tried leaving both doors open (of the washer/dryer), opened all windows, have a purifier running in the area. We unfortunately don't have a laundry room, and there's only a slatted wooden door in front of the unit that we closed.

What else can we try to get rid of this odor? TIA
