I've been using an rtx 3060 to clip on medal, and I've noticed that when using medal, my fps drops 10-15. My cpu has an Igpu, so how and can I use that to clip instead?

I want to upgrade my pc, since it I'm to notice lower FPS on many new titles. I currently have an RTX 3060 12gb, 32 GB of DDR4 Ram. a Ryzen 5500 and a B550 UD motherboard. I'm not entirely sure what my PSU is, so I might need to get parts with the same power usage or slightly higher just to be safe. I only want to replace the GPU and CPU, so any recommendations?

I also need help with fans, I plan on getting new PC Case fans, but don't know whether or not my fans are 120 or 240mm. How do I find that out? How do I know if I got reverse fans or intake, how do I choose new fans?

(Obviously, try to keep it as cheap as possible, the fans don't count in the buget. $500 dollars is prefered)

I got banned from Delta Force for using cloud gaming. I logged onto Delta Force using CloudMoon, and instantly got banned. Where are the appeals section? I can't find it. The anticheat literally bans everyone except the cheaters ig.
