Want to buy a new PC aand a bit lost on prices

Sorry if it's the wrong sub, as i'm not going to build de PC myself right now. If it doesn't fit the sub I will delete.
After spending 8 years playing on an old PC i'm getting frustrated with the poor performance on more recent games (RE9, Crimson Desert, etc...) so I feel like it's time to buy a new one. I see prices went up and i'm a bit lost with my actual knowledges.
I initially went for a 2000€ budget but, seeing the prices, I fixed a 2 500€ budget and finally found the following config that seems quite good :

The question might sound a bit generic... But do you feel the price is fair for the config ? What should I be careful about in particular if I must look for another config ?
