I'm looking for a specific fic where Izuku kidnaps Shouto. I think it starts with Shouto running away, and Izuku rescuing him from a mugger (but this description is a bit generic).

I'm pretty sure Shouto dyes his hair blue. What I am completely certain of is that Izuku and Shouto go out to play laser tag, and afterwards, at a cafe/drink place, Shouto is discovered because they forgot to conceal his scar before heading out.

I believe the fic is complete.
