Basically what it says in the title. I'm looking at colleges in the U.S., and I'm not sure what to do about housing.

I don't think I'd be comfortable sharing a room with a cis man or a woman, which is fine because a lot of colleges have single dorm options, but I know most dorms separate students by gender. They're either single-gender buildings or have different floors for women and men. Bathrooms are a concern, too. And I don't want to have to find housing off-campus for my first year because moving in with strangers in a city where I know no one seems overly risky.

Does anyone have any advice or know of any colleges that have options for me? Or even know where to look for those colleges?
